03Do you charge a call-out fee?+
No call-out fee when you go ahead with the repair. Estimates are always free.
04Do you offer a warranty on the work?+
Yes - every repair and installation is backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer's warranty on any parts we supply. If something's not right, we come back and sort it.
05Do you repair or always replace?+
We repair wherever it's safe and cost-effective. Springs, motors, panels - if it can be fixed, we fix it. Replacement is only recommended when it genuinely makes more sense for you long term.
06What if I lose the remote to my garage door opener?+
No stress - we can supply and program a replacement remote for you. In the meantime, you can still operate the door using the wall switch or a compatible smartphone app. Give us a call and we'll sort a new remote out.
